Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Confident Rider Accelerator (“Program”) offered by Advantage Horsemanship LLC (“Company”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program Overview

The Confidence Accelerator is a 12-week live online coaching program that includes weekly group Zoom sessions every Wednesday at 6:00 PM EST, access to session recordings in the member portal, digital workbooks and guides, access to a private class community room, and a Rider’s Way App subscription for the duration of the program.

2. Payment Terms

The Program is available at the following price points:

• Pay in Full: $750 one-time payment
• Payment Plan: $250/month for 3 months ($750 total)

All payments are processed through Stripe. Payment plan participants authorize automatic monthly charges for the duration of the plan. Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in loss of access to the Program.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before the first live session has taken place. Once the first live session occurs, the purchase is non-refundable. Payment plan participants who receive a valid refund will have remaining payments cancelled. There are no partial refunds for missed sessions.

4. Program Access

Access to live sessions, recordings, community room, and program materials is available for the duration of the 12-week program. Session recordings remain accessible in the member portal for as long as the Participant maintains an active account. Community room access may be archived after the class ends, with full message history preserved in read-only mode.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully in all live sessions and community interactions. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Program for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All program content, including but not limited to session recordings, workbooks, guides, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Advantage Horsemanship LLC. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any program materials without prior written consent.

7. No Guarantee of Results

The Program provides education, coaching, and structured guidance for horse-rider communication and confidence development. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements, or results from participation in the Program.

8. Assumption of Risk

Horseback riding and working with horses carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. The Participant acknowledges these risks and assumes full responsibility for their own safety when applying any techniques, exercises, or recommendations discussed during the Program. The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur as a result of applying program content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advantage Horsemanship LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for the Program.

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify the Program schedule, content, or delivery format as needed. Participants will be notified of material changes. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Agreement

By completing enrollment and payment, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
