Finding that Perfect Seat

In order to really be able to train your horse, you need to be able to have that rhythm, that balance and that cadence to be able to ride along with your horse and not riding against your horse. When you ride against your horse, that is what can cause confusion throughout your ride.

The number one thing to realize is that all of those things: that rhythm, that balance and that cadence all comes from your core. You don’t want a stiff and tight core to have a good seat, you want to have a loose and soft core to be able to find that rhythm.

In the video below, Scott shows you how to achieve a loose and soft core in one simple step!
