By purchasing this ticket, you are reserving your riding spot in the clinic with a $250 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance split into two scheduled payments. Invoices for the remaining payments will be sent on July 1 and October 2, with the final balance due no later than October 9. If a ticket is purchased after July 1, any payments that would have already been due will be invoiced immediately, and the remaining balance will follow the standard October 2 due date.
Cancellation policy: All payments, including the $250 deposit, are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, your payment may be transferred and applied toward another clinic within two years of the original clinic date.
