By purchasing this ticket you are reserving your 1 clinic spot (*paid in full) for the weekend along with 1 auditor spot to bring someone with you. (Immediate family is also welcome and does not require an additional auditor pass.

Cancellation policy: Included in the purchase of this ticket is a NON REFUNDABLE $250 deposit, so if you need to cancel for any reason before two weeks prior to the clinic date you will be refunded all EXCEPT the deposit. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the clinic date the purchase price is non refundable but monies (everything other than the deposit) can be transferred to another clinic to be used within 2 years.
