SPECIAL! Riding Halter & Reins Package

Riding Halters Scott’s riding halter is soon to be the most efficient piece of equipment that you can have in your barn! Not only is it great for all of Scott’s groundwork exercises, it can be used for so much more! Based of the design of Scott’s training halter, there are 3 additions that have been made. The first addition is the rope itself is one size thicker than the training halter, for the reason being that horses should learn not to lean on pressure, but when we add the weight of reins to the side of the horses face, we are putting added pressure on the horses nose only for our convenience. So by making it the next size larger, we are dispersing the weight better throughout the nose. The second addition is the stainless steel side rings to attach the reins to. The last addition is the snap that attaches the halter together. This was changed from brass to stainless steel for durability and strength! Some of the halters uses are: If you have a young colt that you are starting out under saddle and you want to have a successful first ride, you can depend on the horse associating the same pressure as given on the ground as to when you are actually riding to horse. If you are a trail rider and you put a halter underneath your bridle to tie your horse up when you get to the trail, now all you will have to do is unsnap your reins from the side rings, use one end to tie to a picket line or fence, and the other to snap to the bottom of the halter! You can just eliminate the whole bridle!
