Returns and Exchanges
All Advantage Horsemanship products consist of quality materials. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you received, you can return any unused item(s) within 30 days of the date of our shipment to you for a refund or exchange. Each returned item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. It’s that simple! For purposes of determining return timeframe, the date of our shipment means the date the items were delivered by us to the delivery service or postal service, or the date when the item was purchased by you if that happened at an expo, clinic or other event.
When you need to request a refund or exchange, contact us first at 410-596-2865 to receive mailing/shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.
Returns: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
Exchanges: Shipping charges are added when sending you an exchange unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged - other than through shipment, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).
Non acceptance: If you mistakenly provided the wrong shipping address and your shipment is returned to us, or you do not pick up your order from the shipping company/carrier by the due date and the order is returned to us, you will be charged an extra fee (actual cost depends on weight and final charges due to the shipping company/carrier for the return of the shipment to our facility). These charges will be applied to your credit card or method of payment.
Note: Please inspect your order on delivery. If at delivery you receive any items that are damaged, please report such damage right away to the shipping company/carrier and to Advantage Horsemanship.
